  • You want moments of joy… without the pressure of creating a “perfect family holiday.”

  • You’re ready for a gentler approach that honours your family’s sensory and energy needs.

Yes please!

The holidays can be sometimes be overwhelming  — the change of routine, the sensory load, the emotional decompression from the year just gone, and the pressure to create “magical memories.”

This mini session gives you a simple and supportive way to create a holiday season that feels calmer, more connected, and more you.

This isn’t about doing more. It’s about doing what's nurturing, protective, and realistic for your family’s nervous systems.
