Hi, I'm Rachel (she/her)
I'm an AHPRA registered Occupational Therapist, Creative Arts Therapist and IICT accredited Qigong Facilitator with more than 20 years experience in the mental health and community sectors.
I have supported hundreds of autistic, ADHD, auDHD and otherwise neurodivergent parents, with practical strategies that respect their needs and priorities, so that they can find relief from exhaustion and overwhelm and move though their day with more ease.
