This guide is

A short, carousel-style guide you can read in minutes

A capacity-based explanation of exhaustion and overwhelm
-
Written specifically for autistic & ADHD parents
-
Something you can return to when your energy allows
Hi, I'm Rachel (she/her).
I'm an AHPRA registered Occupational Therapist, Creative Arts Therapist and Qigong Facilitator with more than 20 years experience in the mental health and community sectors.
I support autistic and ADHD parents and families to understand exhaustion and overwhelm, and build daily rhythms that actually work.
This educational resource is a free gift for parents who are exhausted from trying hard. You don't need to fix anything. This is about understanding what's happening.
