Hi, I'm Rachel (she/her).

I'm an AHPRA registered Occupational Therapist, Creative Arts Therapist and Qigong Facilitator with more than 20 years experience in the mental health and community sectors.

I support autistic and ADHD parents and families to understand exhaustion and overwhelm, and build daily rhythms that actually work.

This educational resource is a free gift for parents who are exhausted from trying hard. You don't need to fix anything. This is about understanding what's happening.
