Hi, I'm Rachel (she/her).

 

I'm an AHPRA registered Occupational Therapist with more than 20 years experience in the mental health and community sectors.

I am committed to supporting autistic, ADHD and otherwise neurodivergent parents, with practical strategies that respect their needs and priorities, so that they can find relief from exhaustion and overwhelm and move though their day with more ease.
