When rest isn't enough:Â
Understanding exhaustion and overwhelm
 for autistic and ADHD parents.Â
Â
You're not lazy. You're not broken. And you're not failing at rest.Â
Â
This free online session will help you understand why capacity gets depleted even when you're resting.Â
Register hereThis session is for you if you're an ND parent and...
Â
- You're exhausted, even when you slow down.
Â
- Breaks help briefly, then the crash returns.Â
Â
- You've tried routines, planners and mindset shifts - and still feel overwhelmed.
Â
- You're tired of advice that assumes endless capacity.Â
Â
Gentle reminder, you don't need more motivation and you don't need to try harder.
You need a different framework.
Extending a warm invitation to this free online session as we:
1. Explore
Why exhaustion and overwhelm in ND parents is often a capacity issue, not a rest issue.
2. Understand
Why many well-meaning strategies don’t work for ND nervous systems.
3. Experience
What it looks like to approach exhaustion and overwhelm through a capacity lens.
Hi, I'm Rachel (she/her).
I'm an AHPRA registered Occupational Therapist, with more than 20 years experience in the mental health and community sectors.
This session comes from years of seeing neurodivergent parents blame themselves for systems and demands that were never designed with their neurotype in mind.
My work focuses on helping people move away from pushing through — and towards approaches that actually respect capacity.
"These tips are so helpful. I'm really looking forward to using them."

Parent feedback
"The workshop was excellent. Simple and effective and I met others in similar situations."
