I'm Rachel (she/her)
I'm an AHPRA registered Occupational Therapist, Creative Arts Therapist and IICT accredited Qigong Facilitator with more than 20 years experience in the mental health and community sectors.
I am committed to supporting autistic, ADHD and otherwise neurodivergent parents, with practical strategies that respect their needs and priorities, so that they can find relief from exhaustion and overwhelm, feel safe to be themselves and move though their day with more ease.
I developed 'Creating your comfort zone' so that autistic, ADHD and otherwise neurodivergent parents can reduce sensory stress and have more of the wellbeing that they deserve through affordable, easy access to affirming Occupational Therapy support - no waiting lists and no outdated models of practice.
