Occupational therapist and Create Vitality founder

I support Autistic, ADHD and otherwise neurodivergent parents and families raising  neurodivergent children, to create tailor made practical strategies that respect differences needs, so that parents and families can have more ease in daily living and establish routines and rhythms that work for them.
