Occupational therapy
Support that respects your neurodivergence, your values and your real life.
Many Autistic and ADHD parents and family members quietly carry more sensory, emotional and executive demands than other people realise. Personalised occupational therapy can help with strategies designed around individual rhythms, strengths and needs, so that parents and families can find more ease in daily life and have more of the wellbeing that they deserve.
-
Create Vitality offers occupational therapy services nationwide via telehealth.

Reducing sensory stress and creating sensory environments that respect processing differences

That’s often the starting point, not a barrier. Sessions are paced gently, with a focus on reducing load rather than adding more. Support is designed to meet you where you are, helping you stabilise first and then build small, meaningful shifts over time.
